Always an A+ experience from start to finish. The entire staff is, without exception, always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the work is completed in a timely and thorough manner. The estimates we were given for a water softener system and whole house water filter installation were spot on. Very highly recommend this company!

PVE replaced corroded cast-iron stacks and drainpipes with PEX, replaced exposed copper pipe with PEX, and installed a whole-house sediment filter and a utility sink and pump in the basement. It was a big job involving all the pipes in the basement ceiling and pipes running up our den wall and through our den ceiling to the shower, toilet, and sink in the bathroom above the den. The plumbers were professional, friendly, on-time, and clean. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

"This is in appreciation for Glenn Wojcik and PVE."

This is in appreciation for Glenn Wojcik and PVE. When there were power outages just before Christmas, power went out at our house while we were out of town. I called Glenn directly from Michigan and asked if he could check on our house in the event power did not come back on soon because the temperature was dropping and would put our pipes in danger of freezing. He immediately assured me that he (or someone from PVE) would check our house in the morning and have a generator available if needed.

My wife and I agreed that the cost of a service call was worth it for the sense of relief that it gave us (even though the power came back on in just an hour or two). Someone checked our home the next morning and texted me that everything was fine.

However, we have not received a bill, which leads me to think that this was done as a favor or a service to us, perhaps as loyal customers of PVE. I have no complaints about that, but I could not let it pass without expressing my gratitude. Consequently, we made a donation to HomeFront Strong (formerly known as The Brookfield Institute) in the name of Glenn and PVE. PVE has supported this very worthy organization before, so we thought it was a safe bet. What is not shown in the receipt below, but what went in with the donation, were words to the effect that it is given in honor of, and appreciation for, the care and service provided by Glenn and all of PVE.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would share our gratitude with Glenn and thank him once again on our behalf.

"Highly Recommend!"

After installing a large wood stove to heat our home, we were using our oil boiler just for our domestic hot water. We calculated that we were spending around $150 each month for hot water. We consulted with Glen at PVE and he suggested a High Efficiency Electric Storage Water Heater. We had it installed in fall 2013 and have been quite please with the efficiency and savings. With this new system, we are spending around $25 per month, a savings of $125.

I am so impressed with the service tech. He was everything I would hope for when welcoming a stranger into my home. Honorable and his work ethic and integrity were absolutely wonderful…He was considerate, listened to what I had to say and was spot on with his diagnosis.

When we built our house almost two years ago, Whittier Plumbing (which became part of PVE) did all plumbing and heating work. They did an excellent job installing 5 mini splits and a whole house air exchange system as well as our septic pump system. When we had a sudden problem with our septic system due to squirrels, they came immediately and cleaned out the system (nasty job!!)and got it working again. Recently, I had them come to due a yearly maintenance check on the mini splits and our air exchange system. The tech was great and did the work quickly and professionally. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Mark, the technician, installed the gas fixtures for our standby generator. His work was neat, thorough, and professionally done. He took the time to explain the gas hookup process to me, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him as a technician, and the company was very responsive to my needs.
